Ingredients

mezcal
1
oz
lemon juice

oz
pineapple juice
1
tbsp
honey syrup*
sub agave syrup or simple syrup

oz
aquafaba
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake until mixture is foamy.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill the mixture.
Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a few dashes of bitters on top of the foamy later. Create swirls using a toothpick. Enjoy!
Notes
*To make honey syrup, mix together equal parts of honey and water
