Pineapple Mezcal Sour
Smoky tropical mezcal-based cocktail with a pineapple twist
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
Ingredients
- 1½ oz mezcal
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp honey syrup* sub agave syrup or simple syrup
- 1 oz aquafaba
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake until mixture is foamy.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill the mixture.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a few dashes of bitters on top of the foamy later. Create swirls using a toothpick. Enjoy!
Notes
*To make honey syrup, mix together equal parts of honey and water
