Welcome to Only New Leftovers!

We are a Vancouver-based blog and cooking guide dedicated to helping you make the most of the leftovers you have in your kitchen. Our main goal when cooking and writing for this blog is to reduce waste and maximize variety in our meals throughout the week. We hope you enjoy our online food diary as much as we love creating it.

Cooking to clear the fridge and pantry

Who wants their fridge to be overflowing with half full jars of condiments, wilting greens, and half eaten loaves of bread? Our weekly meal plans aim to use at least a couple of these pesky long-term fridge residents to make room for fresh supplies. That’s why we named this blog Only NEW Leftovers. Follow along with our recipes to see how we get creative to resolve the issue of very limited fridge space in a tiny downtown apartment.
